Welcome to Our Leadership Team

At Browns Valley Christian Church, we believe God calls leaders to serve with humility, integrity, and a heart for people. Our pastors, elders, and deacons are dedicated to prayerfully guiding our church family, equipping believers for ministry, and encouraging everyone to grow in Christ.

Scripture reminds us of the importance of godly leadership in the church:

• Pastors/Elders are called to “shepherd the flock of God that is among you” (1 Peter 5:2) and must be “above reproach, faithful to [their] spouse, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach” (1 Timothy 3:2).

• Deacons are to be “worthy of respect, sincere, not indulging in much wine, and not pursuing dishonest gain. They must keep hold of the deep truths of the faith with a clear conscience” (1 Timothy 3:8–9).

Our Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Elders, and Deacons strive to live out these biblical qualifications, not as a badge of honor, but as a calling to servant leadership. Their desire is to glorify Christ by caring for His church and equipping His people to love God, love others, and make disciples.
